It is very hard to learn to do, but I have made some progress by learning a piece so thoro I read this book twice and watched several of his DVDs about learning to play music in an effortless way.
I had been painfully shy, and wouldn’t practise unless I was alone. And from there I can feel very original improvisations beginning to emerge. From that point, he developed his philosophy and teaching methods which led to this book.
Werner’s work is quite readable, full of shared experiences relating how he himself evolved along the path he is now guiding others along.
